Hello and welcome to FR3KLS Aquatics, where passion for water meets adventure! We're excited to announce an immersive wellness experience happening at our facility on June 2nd from 11:45 to 15:30. Join us for a day filled with engaging ocean stories, insightful knowledge, and fun physical activities based on breathwork.
Led by a team of experts including biokineticist Naadhirah Mukadam, natural scientist and yoga teacher Fatima Holliday, biologist and freediving coach Dr. Nelson Miranda, and underwater cinematographer Shamier Magmoet, this workshop promises to be both enlightening and rejuvenating.
The workshop schedule includes:
- Meet and Greet: Connect with like-minded individuals and our instructors.
- Ocean Storytelling: Share personal ocean stories and set the tone for the workshop.
- Yoga: Join Fatima in a calming yoga session aimed at finding inner peace and balance.
- Immersion and Breathwork: Get in the water with Nelson and Naadhirah for unique exercises to access relaxation skills and address fear and discomfort.
- Food and Farewells: Exchange insights and feedback about the workshop and enjoy traditional fare.
All sessions are designed to be interactive, informative, and adaptable to various fitness levels. Come prepared to use an indoor heated pool and to join a yoga class.
Tickets are available online via Quicket -https://www.quicket.co.za/events/255048-waterwellness-workshop/#/ with a maximum of 20 participants. The minimum age for participation is 18 years old. Ticket prices are R550 when purchased online and R600 for walk-ins on the event day.
